We are seeking a visionary and experienced Head of Marketing to take full ownership of our marketing function and steer it toward exceptional success. This leadership role is pivotal in driving comprehensive marketing strategies that boost user acquisition, enhance engagement, and propel brand growth—particularly for our innovative app. The ideal candidate will bring outstanding leadership skills, deep marketing expertise, and a proven history of crafting impactful brand campaigns and digital initiatives to lead our entire marketing team and operations.

Key Responsibilities :.

  • Lead the entire marketing department, overseeing all aspects from strategy to execution to ensure a cohesive approach that elevates brand presence and accelerates app growth.

  • Develop and implement robust marketing plans tailored to increase user acquisition, engagement, and retention, aligning with company-wide objectives.

  • Spearhead the end-to-end management of campaigns—from ideation to launch—ensuring they resonate with goals and deliver measurable results.

  • Identify emerging market trends and growth opportunities, adapting strategies to maximize impact in a competitive landscape.

  • Mentor, manage, and inspire the marketing team to achieve individual and departmental KPIs, fostering a culture of excellence.

  • Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teams to align marketing efforts with feature releases and roadmap priorities.

  • Create and launch targeted multi-channel campaigns (e.g., social media, paid advertising, partnerships, influencer collaborations) focused on user acquisition and retention.

  • Enhance user funnel strategies to boost conversions and maximize customer lifetime value (CLV).

  • Analyze user behavior and feedback using data analytics tools to shape future approaches and track key performance indicators (e.g., user acquisition, engagement, retention).

  • Ensure uniform brand messaging and positioning across all channels, developing compelling, audience-centric campaigns that reinforce brand identity.

  • Oversee the marketing budget, allocating resources efficiently to achieve a strong return on investment (ROI) through cost-benefit analyses.

Qualifications :

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).

  • Experience: Minimum 7+ years in marketing leadership roles, with extensive experience in brand management, performance marketing, digital strategy, and campaign oversight.

  • Skills and Competencies:

  • Exceptional ability to lead and motivate a marketing team to deliver outstanding results.

  • Strategic mindset with sharp analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong project management capabilities, thriving under tight deadlines and multiple priorities.

  • Proficiency in digital marketing platforms (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Ads).

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build effective partnerships.

  • Results-oriented, with a track record of exceeding growth and performance targets.

  • Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, marketing automation platforms, and content management systems.
