Job description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Junior Financial Operations Manager Specialist to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in financial operations, preferably within the payments or fintech industry. This role involves supporting the daily financial activities, ensuring the accuracy of financial data, and assisting in the optimization of operational
processes.

Key Responsibilities:
Daily Financial Operations: Assist in managing day-to-day financial transactions, including processing payments and settlements to various service providers, and reconciliations.
Data Management: Ensure accurate and timely entry and maintenance of financial data in the companys systems.
Reconciliations: Perform regular reconciliations of accounts, payments to ensure consistency and accuracy.
Reporting: Prepare and assist in generating financial reports, including daily, weekly, and monthly summaries of financial activities.
Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in financial processes and assist in the implementation of streamlined operations.
Compliance: Ensure commitment to financial policies, procedures, and regulations, particularly in the context of the payments/fintech industry.
Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as Business Development, Product Managers, and compliance, to resolve issues and enhance operational efficiency.
Support Audits: Assist in internal and external audits by providing the necessary financial data and documentation.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
Experience: 0-2 years of experience in financial operations, preferably within the payments/fintech sector.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel. Experience with ERP systems is a plus.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities with attention to detail and accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications:
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with payment processing, digital wallets, or
