Job Overview:

We're seeking a proactive and highly organized Receptionist and Office Administrator to provide essential support to our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring they receive a warm and professional welcome as they enter our office.

Job requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors, directing them to the appropriate person or department.

  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring a welcoming environment.

  • Support daily office operations, including scheduling, managing and correspondence.

  • Coordinate appointments and manage calendars to ensure efficient scheduling.

  • Communicate with vendors and service providers to ensure smooth office operations.

  • Organize company events, meetings, and conferences, ensuring all logistics are in place.

  • Provide administrative support as needed.

 

 

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree is required.

  • Knowledge of office management procedures.

  • Professional appearance with excellent customer service skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

  • Experience managing front office operations is a plus.
