The Senior Product Designer plays a key role in shaping the company's products' user experience and visual design. This role involves leading the design process from ideation to implementation, ensuring the creation of intuitive, user-centered, and aesthetically pleasing solutions. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, the Senior Product Designer plays a pivotal role in translating business goals and user needs into exceptional design outcomes.

Responsibilities:

● Building our design system and following the WCAG.

● Producing high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes.

● Designing UI components such as navigation menus, search bars, tabs, and widgets for our design system.

● Providing advice and guidance on the implementation of UX research methodologies and testing activities to analyze and predict user behavior.

● Adhering to style standards in typography and graphic design

Qualifications

● 3+ years’ experience working in UI/UX design for digital products or services

● Experience with design software (e.g. Figma, Protopie)

● Portfolio of professional UI/UX design work for both web and mobile platforms

● Time management and multitasking abilities with a keen eye for details

● Strong verbal and written communicator; must effectively communicate with technical and non-technical people
