Sahl acts as a bill payment aggregator that enables users to manage their electricity and telecom services from their mobile phones. It is worthy to note that Sahl provides a novel technology that enables customers to top-up their prepaid electricity meters at any time from the comfort of their homes. The team is looking for a talent acquisition associate to help us scale our recruiting and hiring processes to the next level.

You will be working within a team of world class experience. You will be responsible of growing this team exponentially while maintaining a smooth candidate experience.

What you'll do:

  • Set the overall TA vision and long-term strategy to align with company goals and market needs
  • Own recruitment cycle end to end, from sourcing through offer stage
  • Maintain an excellent candidate experience
  • Ensure SLA’s are met according to timelines
  • Maintain a strong relationship with hiring managers
  • Conduct regular calibrations with hiring managers to understand hiring needs
  • Maintain a pipeline of candidates to ensure the selection of top talent across organization
  • Support with Employer Branding activities such as hiring events and university relationships
  • Develop talent processes to best suit hiring needs and reach top talent

Job requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in talent acquisition
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Ability to work in a highly-dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience using an ATS
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
